Personalised and flexible approach
Adapting to significantly changing needs such as a client who has sustained a brain injury and the subsequent rehabilitation process involved is a particularly complex experience and one that will differ from individual to individual.
We recognise that a flexible approach is key. Everyone’s personal needs are different.
After a thorough assessment we will create a tailored care plan which focuses entirely on each individual’s treatment and continuing support requirements.
Our service supports adults with complex and challenging needs including those with an acquired brain injury and who as a result of this injury now suffer from a variety of disorders including neuro-psychological, neuro-psychiatric, cognitive and behaviour disorders.
The way it works
Our staff will visit potential clients to discuss individual needs. Family or friends are welcome to be present to provide additional support if appropriate. An initial assessment will be made and a personal plan put together, including detailed costings.
If required, we will liaise with other healthcare professionals within the client’s support system to ensure a totally managed and joined up approach is adopted that addresses all of the client’s care and lifestyle needs.
